Structural Ironworker/Welder

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Iron wokers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating / installing structural items for residential buildings. The role requires proficiency in MIG welding, metal cutting, and fitting, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and safety.

**Responsibilities**

* Minimum 3 year of fabrication and welding experience in steel structure (but not limited to ornamental such as metal stairs, railings and others)
* Familiar with various welding processes: MIG, TIG, stick, flux-core
* Ability to read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Conversational English required; ability to read and write English technical instructions
* AWS or equivalent welding certification (preferred)
* Valid California driver’s license (required)
* Forklift driving experience is a plus

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding is essential.
* Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
* Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
* Able to stand, stoop, kneel, crawl, and climb throughout the workday
* Good vision and color perception
* Ability to safely use hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

**Preferred**

* AWS / LA city Certified Welder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
