**Job Responsibilities:**

* Perform high-quality residential and/or commercial painting
* Proper surface preparation (sanding, patching, priming, masking)
* Use hand tools and painting equipment safely and efficiently
* Work collaboratively with a team to complete projects on schedule
* Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
* Maintain a clean, professional job site

**Requirements:**

* Minimum **3 years of experience** with a professional painting company
* Valid **driver’s license & own vehicle**
* Own **basic hand tools (Pan, knives, 4 ft ladder, brushes, etc…)**
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* **Strong communication skills**
* **Drug-free** and professional work ethic
* Willingness and ability to learn and follow company methods and standards
