Painter/Laborer/ carpenter
**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. Must have a valid drivers license
This role involves working on various construction sites, where you will be responsible for applying paint, restoring surfaces, and assisting with a range of labor tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial painting, carpentry, and the use of power tools, as well as a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
**Duties**
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
* Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
* Assist in restoration projects by repairing plaster and masonry surfaces.
* Perform frame carpentry tasks as required for remodeling projects.
* Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople on the construction site to ensure project completion.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in commercial painting or related fields is preferred.
* Knowledge of construction estimating is a plus.
* Familiarity with masonry techniques and restoration processes is beneficial.
* Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
* Experience in frame carpentry and remodeling projects is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Must adhere to all safety protocols on the construction site.

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
