Hardscape Foreman/Laborer

**Responsibilities**
* Lead and supervise hardscape installation crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
* Assist with the layout, design, and installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features using materials such as stone, brick, concrete, and pavers
* Operate and maintain power tools and heavy equipment necessary for excavation, grading, and material placement
* Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements
* Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines
* Conduct quality control inspections on completed work to meet safety standards and client expectations
* Support in estimating project costs, preparing material lists, and managing job site logistics
**Skills**
* Extensive knowledge of construction management principles and construction site safety protocols
* Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
* Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete finishing techniques
* Familiarity with building codes related to masonry, stucco, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and restoration work
* Strong understanding of fabrication processes including masonry, tile laying, drywall installation (including plastering), carpentry (including trim carpentry), framing (door hanging), caulking, painting, flooring installation, welding, glass installation, cabinet installation, roofing systems, and concrete forming
* Ability to perform construction inspection tasks accurately while ensuring compliance with safety standards
* Experience using Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation is a plus
* Knowledge of construction schematics and technical drawings for precise execution of projects
* Brick/Paver laying, Concrete finishing a plus, Stone veneer, Wet Setting

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
